Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture and boxes during moves.
- Drive box trucks or other vehicles as required for transporting goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process.
- Assist in padding, packing, loading, and unloading items from vehicles.
- Ensure all items are secured properly for transport to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is an advantage.
- Previous experience in warehouse settings or moving services is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

Office Admin / HR Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office and assist with human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and attention to detail. This role requires multitasking and effective communication to ensure smooth office operations and assist in managing HR functions, including recruitment, scheduling, employee records, and data upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical tasks to ensure the office is running smoothly.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
• Help with organizing company events, employee meetings, and activities.
• Manage and file documentation, ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with payroll by collecting receipts and other payroll-related information.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee evaluations, and maintaining employee performance records.
• Provide general HR administrative support, including preparing reports and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong understanding of processes and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
