We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers/Drivers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their moving needs, ensuring that their belongings are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture and boxes during moves.
- Drive box trucks or other vehicles as required for transporting goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process.
- Assist in padding, packing, loading, and unloading items from vehicles.
- Ensure all items are secured properly for transport to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is an advantage.
- Previous experience in warehouse settings or moving services is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

Business Development & Sales Representative

FWD Movers is a trustworthy Moving Company, built on culture, relationships, and exceptional customer experience. We don’t just move boxes, we build trust, partnerships, and long-term relationships.
We’re growing fast in Houston and surrounding areas and looking for a Business Development & Sales Representative whose main mission is simple:
This role is not about sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.
You will:
• Generate new business through relationships, networking, and outreach
• Build partnerships.
• Be the face of FWD Movers in the community
• Create referral pipelines that drive consistent revenue
If you’re motivated by results, relationships, and growth this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and
community events
• Follow up with leads and convert them into booked moves
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth customer
experience
• Track activity and results (we care about performance
not micromanagement)
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Manage our social media accounts and create educational
video content 3-4 times a week.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and face-to-face
networking
• Sales mindset: ownership, urgency, and accountability
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be pushed
• Professional, confident, and relationship-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Sales or business development experience is preferred
but hunger and being coachable matter more than a resume.
